Kings Manor Hotel

The Solley family purchased The Kings Manor Hotel in 1976 - There has been many changes as we have extended through the years, however; the same warm welcome awaits you.

We are a 100 bedroom hotel with leisure club and ample car parking. Public areas include Options Bistro and Bar Zest.

Our Lothian Suite is our main function room and is available for up to 120 guests and is ideal for events and conferences. We also have the Treetops Suite for that special Birthday dinner.

The hotel is situated just off the A1, 5 miles from Edinburgh city centre, Princes Street and The Castle. 18 miles from Edinburgh Airport. Stirling, Perth, and Glasgow are all approximately 1 hours drive away.

The health and safety of guests and team members will remain our paramount concern in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During closure we have been working away at risk assessments and devising and adjusting all our new work protocols. As a result there will be a slightly different guest experience, but the same friendly atmosphere.
