The tours listed on this website are available at the time of booking, and when booked constitute an agreement between yourself & the tour company supplying the holiday. CoachBookings.com is acting as an agent for your holiday & each tour operator has different terms & conditions which must be agreed to when booking through this website.
The accuracy of the details of the holiday rests with the supplying coach operator, & CoachBookings.com can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or amendments prior to departure.
Any holidays that include flights may by order of the coach operator, impose price change if flight supplements need to be added.
The availability of the holidays rests with the supplying tour operator. If any of the holidays are fully booked & the tour is no longer available then a full refund will be given.
Any changes in the terms & conditions will apply immediately to all tours pre-booked or still listed as available.
If you cancel your holiday then you will be bound by the terms of the operator you are booked to travelling with. CoachBookings.com will still be entitled to the commission rate in full and no refund is given on this part of the holiday. Most coach operators offer a scheme where the closer the holiday to departure when cancelled the less the refund is available, this is usually on a sliding scale. All cancellations must be made in writing. It is the advice of CoachBookings.com that you ensure you have sufficient insurance for your holiday when booking, either taken out at that instant with CoachBookings.com or an annual policy.
The star rating of your holiday can only be given as a guide. Many coach operators have there own scheme for star ratings which may not comply with "Visit Britain" or "AA" ratings. At present there is no comprehensive scheme operated by coach operators to give ratings to coach holidays, however the operators may belong to travel organisations that require minimum standards. The ratings for each holiday should be checked on the operator's website or brochure.
Any special requests should be listed in the "Extras Required" or "Requests" section when booking your holiday. Although none of the requests can be guaranteed the operator will do their best to full fill your requirements.
People with disabilities should inquire before booking to ensure the facilities are going to be suitable. Email is the preferred method of enquiry & we can check with the coach operator to see if the facilities are going to comply, and contact you accordingly.
Once you have booked online with CoachBookings.com then you will receive an automated receipt & confirmation of your booking. The coach operator will contact you with your travel tickets to confirm your booking in full. Your pick-up times and luggage labels may follow closer to your departure time.
The age of children will need to be entered as there departure age. Children under 2 years may not be entitled to seats, please check the terms & conditions for the coach operator.
It is the responsibility of the individuals booked on a tour to ensure passports are valid for outward and return journeys when travelling abroad. CoachBookings.com and the coach operator can not be held responsible for invalid passports or visas.
If you are travelling abroad please check at your local post office (or internet) to see what medical requirements you need for the area you are travelling. Medical insurance and vaccinations are the responsibility of the person booking and not CoachBookings.com.
International customers from outside the United Kingdom should ensure they comply with any local laws if they choose to book a holiday with CoachBookings.com.
Statutory Authorities - The holidays advertised on CoachBookings.com are issued subject to appreciable acts of parliament & government regulations and the company reserves the right to modify itineraries to conform with requests from the competent authorities in the United Kingdom and any other sovereign states through which the tour may travel.

This includes any passenger that fails to advise us of any medical condition or disability. If you are prevented from travelling as a result of such termination, the responsibility for the holiday thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges will apply and CoachBookings.com and the coach/tour operator will be under no obligation whatsoever for any refund, compensation or loss you may incur.
