The Great Yorkshire Show
Is there anything more classically British than a trip to a good old-fashioned country show? Taking place every summer, The Great Yorkshire Show has been running for over 160 years and is known as one of the very best agricultural events in the country. Expect everything from show jumping and sheep shearing to forestry and flower displays, there's even a goat-milking competition! We round off our wonderful two-day break with a visit to the ever-popular Skipton Market.
