Description
The year is 1985 and on July 13th the world holds its breath in anticipation of the musical collaboration of all time! An estimated 1.5 billion viewers were glued to their TVs in support of Bob Geldof and Midge Ure raising money for famine relief in Ethiopia.
The moment in music history where the world came together Just For One Day is now a brand-new musical, written by John O’Farrell (Mrs Doubtfire) and directed by Luke Shepherd. The 36-strong cast relives the magical and moving moment, the day rock and roll ‘changed the world’ at the West End’s Shaftesbury Theatre.
