Edinburgh Tattoo Breakaway
Experience the world's largest military show against the backdrop of Edinburgh Castle on this thrilling three-day breakaway! The highly anticipated Edinburgh Tattoo returns on its 75th anniversary, with performers to the beat of heart-pounding music provided by military bands from across the globe. In addition to the main event, we have time to visit the famous spot for runaway couples, Gretna Green, to complete a fantastic trip away.

Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo
After breakfast, we have time to spend at leisure. Then after lunch at the hotel, we depart for central Edinburgh where there's free time before making your way to the castle to take your seat for the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. The show brings together musicians and performers from every part of the world for a fabulous display of international culture. After the performance we travel back to our hotel.
Gretna Green
On our way home, we enjoy a stop at the marriage capital of the world, Gretna Green. In this famous village lies the original spot where young eloping couples would marry 'over the anvil' at the Blacksmiths Shop.

This tour is considered unsuitable for those with mobility concerns due to the steep, cobbled incline to Edinburgh Castle and the steps/tiered seating at the Tattoo.
