Oxford (full day) \nWe travel to the picturesque city of Oxford, known as the 'City of Dreaming Spires'. Famous for its university colleges and magnificent architecture, the city's charming scenery has been caught on camera numerous times, including in the popular Inspector Morse TV series. The city also has plenty of shopping opportunities as well as cosy cafés and tearooms. \n\nBourton-on-the-Water & Stow-on-the-Wold (full day)Today's excursion takes us to explore two of the Cotswolds' most beautiful locations. We head first to Bourton-on-the-Water with its low, elegant 18th-century bridges and pretty river banks. We continue to the market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, renowned for its traditional stone buildings and wonderful collection of artisan boutiques.

Oxford
This beautiful city of dreaming spires has plenty to offer the visitor on a coach break, with many historic university buildings to see including the famous Bodleian Libraries, and picturesque scenes of students and visitors punting on the river.
Oxford also has a wide variety of shops, from high street stores to quaint individual boutiques and bookshops, intermingled with plenty of restaurants and olde world taverns. The city's literary connections include J.R.R Tolkien, C.S. Lewis and Oscar Wilde and provided inspiration for some of the sets in the Harry Potter films.

The Cotswolds
One of the unspoilt regions of England, the lovely Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, covers six English counties and draws coach trips visitors from all over the world.
Renowned for its rolling meadows, meandering river valleys, pretty woodland, gentle hillsides and of course it's sleepy ancient limestone villages and market towns, the area hasn't changed much for over 300 years.
