Description

With an included trip to Weymouth, another well-known seaside resort, and a visit to the unspoilt landscape of the New Forest, this break is set to be a fabulous five days away.

The resort boasts a long stretch of golden sand and fantastic views across the bay taking in the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic coastline.The New Forest (Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst & Lymington) (full day)We travel to the idyllic New Forest, England's smallest National Park, famous for its tranquil ambience and free-roaming ponies. We visit the Forest's capital of Lyndhurst, the pretty village of Brockenhurst which is full of olde-worlde charm and the coastal town of Lymington, with its cobbled streets and attractive quayside.Optional ExcursionSalisbury - £14pp (full day)Our optional excursion takes us to Salisbury. This stunning city has a rich heritage, with hundreds of buildings listed for their historical merit including the Gothic cathedral, which boasts the tallest spire in Britain. Explore the patchwork of streets which boast a jumble of architectural styles, ranging from medieval walls and half-timbered Tudor townhouses to Georgian mansions and Victorian villas.

Bournemouth
With the only UK beach to be announced as one of the top ten beach destinations in Europe attracting visitors from all over the British Isles, the lively town of Bournemouth is a great destination for a coach tour.
With seven miles of lovely golden sands and inviting shimmering sea, this fantastic resort has much to offer.

Huddled below Wiltshire's chalky plain in the converging valleys of the Avon and Nadder, the lovely city of Salisbury has a rich heritage, complete with ancient streets and a famous medieval cathedral with the tallest spire in Britain. Often referred to as 'the city in the countryside', there is plenty to explore.

The New Forest
Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the New Forest, England's smallest National Park, the roaming heathland with its famous ponies and pretty villages with thatched cottages and quaint tearooms. We call at Lyndhurst known as 'the capital of the New Forest', the picturesque coastal town of Lymington and the charming village of Brockenhurst.

The hotel offers comfortable en-suite rooms, a lounge bar and restaurant. Meals are buffet style. (JG2 rating)Upgrade to the Royal Bath Hotel, Bournemouth from £30pp Royal Bath Hotel, Bournemouth The Royal Bath Hotel is nestled in secluded grounds on Bournemouth's seafront. It was opened on Queen Victoria's Coronation Day in 1838 and was the first of its kind in Bournemouth. Leisure facilities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym (small charge applies). (JG3 rating)\n\nHotels with a JG2 rating are a mixture of larger hotels and privately owned properties. Décor and furnishings may be simple but are clean and well maintained. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, TV and may have tea/coffee making facilities. Food may be buffet style in some of the larger hotels.
