Description

From here we soak up the nautical atmosphere of neighbouring Poole and explore the traditional seaside resorts of Swanage and Weymouth. Included ExcursionsPoole & Swanage (half day)We start our first half-day excursion with a visit to Poole, a bustling resort with a lively quayside, stunning natural harbour and some of the finest beaches in England. It also boasts a historic Old Town which showcases the splendour of its medieval past. Next stop is the resort of Swanage where the Victorian pier is accompanied by colourful beach huts, seaside attractions and a scenic promenade.Weymouth (half day)Our second half-day excursion takes us to the picturesque seaside town of Weymouth with its bustling harbour and fine Georgian seafront. The resort boasts a long sandy beach and fantastic views across the bay taking in the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic coastline.Optional ExcursionThe New Forest (Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst & Lymington) - £14pp (full day)Join us on an optional excursion to the idyllic New Forest, England's smallest National Park, famous for its tranquil ambience and free roaming ponies. We visit the Forest's capital of Lyndhurst, the pretty village of Brockenhurst full of olde-worlde charm, and the coastal town of Lymington with its cobbled streets and attractive quayside.
