Join us as we head to the outskirts of the seaside resort of Bognor Regis for our West Sussex Winter
Getaway with great drinks and entertainment package included. Outside of Bognor travel through glorious
countryside of rolling hills peppered with quaint villages and historic towns. Its prime position on the edge
of The South Downs National Park allows us to enjoy a
scenic drive on our visit to the Amberley Museum and
Heritage Centre to discover the South’s working past.
Travel to the Roman cathedral city of Chichester, with
a stop in Bosham on Chichester Harbour, one of the
prettiest villages on the south coast, long associated with
the story of King Cnut where it is said he demanded the
tide to turn. This is a great tour to a beautiful area, don’t
miss out, book early to avoid disappointment.

Depart Leyland at 8.00am for our journey to Bognor
Regis with a suitable lunch stop en-route. Arrive at
the hotel to a welcome tea/coffee.
TUESDAY
Today we enjoy a day in the resort to explore or
relax at the hotel and enjoy the leisure facilities.
For those wishing to go into Bognor Regis join the
coach at 11am with a return at 2pm, giving you
time to explore and have lunch, or if you prefer the
walk it takes 20 minutes.
WEDNESDAY to THURSDAY
• Long half day – following breakfast join the
coach as we take a scenic journey through the
South Downs National Park to Amberley Museum
and Heritage Centre. Enjoy a day of nostalgia,
discover the rural telephone exchange and its
unique collection of telephone boxes, the village
garage and cycle shop, South Down Bus Depot,
ancient craft village, narrow gauge and industrial
railway collection and much more. Return to the
hotel mid-afternoon.
• Long half day – following breakfast join the
coach as we head to Historic Chichester allowing
time to explore and for lunch. In the afternoon
re-join the coach as we travel to Bosham on the
edge of Chichester Harbour, perhaps visit the
church which is depicted in the Bayeaux Tapestry.
FRIDAY
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our
