Join us as we head to Harrogate to celebrate the 90th year of the Joe Loss Orchestra and the 50th Year of
the orchestra being led by Todd Miller. The highlight of this tour enjoys a gala dinner with pre-dinner drinks
before an evening with the legendary Joe Loss Orchestra. The band has been a constant throughout the
world with Britain’s best musicians and singers performing totally live. Today they are playing big band
swing and hits from 50’s Rock and Roll right through the
decades to 80’s Modern Romance. Be part of this ‘Big
Band Night’, a special celebration of music and dancing
together with free time in Harrogate, book early to avoid

Depart Leyland at 10.00am for our journey to The
Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate with a lunch stop in
Skipton on market day en-route. Check into the
hotel late afternoon with time to relax and freshen
up before our evening meal.
SATURDAY
Following breakfast, today is a free day in
Harrogate to explore the picturesque spa town
or relax at the hotel, the choice is yours. Perhaps
head to the delightful Victorian arcades for some
retail therapy or enjoy a relaxing lunch in one of
Harrogate’s many restaurants, cafes and bars or
pay a visit to the famous Betty’s tea rooms. Later
in the afternoon return to the hotel to get ready for
our evening of musical entertainment beginning
with a pre-dinner drink, followed by a Gala Dinner
and the highlight of the weekend, an evening with
the legendary Joe Loss Orchestra.
SUNDAY
Following a leisurely breakfast, check out of our
hotel, before heading home we spend a few hours
in the historic, walled city of York, allowing time
to explore and have lunch, re-join the coach at

The hotel was originally an 18th century coaching inn
and once famous retreat of Agatha Christie during her
