Stratford upon Avon
The medieval market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, surrounded by the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.\n\nStratford-upon-Avon is a charming town which is rich in history and attracts millions of visitors from all over the world.\n\nOn the banks of the River Avon, the town is perhaps best known as being the birthplace of the poet and playwright, William Shakespeare. Possibly the most famous writers in the English language, Shakespeare is known for his sonnets and plays such as 'Romeo and Juliet'. Step back into Olde England with a stroll around the town, admiring the black and white timbered buildings. Oxford
