Blackpool, Southport & the Lake District
Enjoy a four-night stay at the ultimate seaside resort with plenty of time to experience the vibrant, timeless fun of Blackpool. This beloved holiday destination has it all! A lively atmosphere, a Blue Flag beach, classic trams and a Golden Mile, with cabaret acts, classic arcades and traditional seaside food and drink available at every pier. From here explore the traditional seaside resort of Southport and Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District with its natural beauty and stunning scenery. This is the perfect combination of coast and country!

Southport (half day)
After breakfast, we head to the traditional Victorian seaside town of Southport. Known as England's Classic Resort, it is home to the country's second longest and oldest pier and has miles of golden sands plus beautiful parks and gardens, perfect for a leisurely stroll. In the afternoon, we return to Blackpool to enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Lake District (full day)
We make our way to pretty Bowness-on-Windermere, a picturesque town nestled in the heart of the Lake District National Park. It is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, offering breathtaking views of Windermere, England's largest natural lake. The town's charming streets are lined with quaint shops, cafés, and traditional pubs, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding landscape.

Optional Excursion
Fleetwood Market (£10pp) (half day)
Join our optional excursion where we travel to the Victorian town of Fleetwood for an exciting trip to explore one of the largest markets in the north west, offering a wide range of products from delicious food to clothing, across 150 stalls. Later we return to Blackpool for some free time to take in the highlights of the town.
In the evening, we enjoy an included drive along the promenade to see the famous Blackpool Illuminations. This dazzling spectacle is one of the biggest light shows in the world!
