Day 1 - After joining your holiday coach, travel to Dover for the short sea crossing to Calais. Then continue via the auto-routes to the overnight stop in the Dortmund area - Mercure Hotel Kamen Unna. BB\n\nDay 2 - Dortmund Area - Copenhagen - An early start today as you continue through Germany to Puttgarden for the 45 minute ferry crossing to Rødby in Denmark and then onto the capital, Copenhagen for an overnight stay at the Copenhagen Island Hotel, overlooking the city's harbour. DBB\n\nDay 3 - Copenhagen - Oslo - After breakfast, you head north to Helsingør for the short ferry crossing to Helsinborg in Sweden. Then continue up along the Swedish coastline and into Norway for a one night stay in Oslo at the Thon Hotel Slottsparken in the heart of Oslo, situated in a quiet neighbourhood adjacent to the grounds of the Royal Palace. DBB\n\nDay 4 - Oslo Guided Tour - Voss - Enjoy an included guided tour of handsome Oslo - vibrant and easy going - it is known for its wonderful natural setting, world-class museums and galleries and the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony held annually in Oslo City Hall. The journey then continues through the spectacular landscapes of Norway to your main base in Voss where you will be surrounded by mountains, valleys and forests, rivers, waterfalls and lakes. Check in for your 3 night stay at the 3* Park Hotel Vossevangen. DBB\n\nDay 5 - Voss - Bergen Guided Tour - Voss - Head to Bergen today where a guided city tour is included. Bergen has been welcoming visitors for more than 900 years with UNESCO World Heritage listed Bryggen, the symbol of its cultural heritage, at its heart. The old Hanseatic wharf is architecturally unique and is perhaps one of the most familiar images in all of Norway. DBB\n\nDay 6 - Classic Norway in a Nutshell® - This legendary excursion takes you through Norway's most breathtaking fjord and mountain scenery as well as a trip on one of Europe's top scenic rail journeys. Board the train in Voss and cross the mountains before descending via the world famous Flåm Railway to the fjord. The train makes a stop en-route by a waterfall. Continue by boat cruising the magnificent Aurlandsfjord and the narrow and dramatic Nærøyfjord (UNESCO World Heritage listed) to Gudvangen. The views from the boats are simply extraordinary. The coach will be waiting in Gudvangen to take you back to Voss. (Please note that a local coach will be used.)\n\nDay 7 - Voss - Stavanger - Overnight ferry to Hirtshals - After breakfast it's time to leave the mountains and head south to the coast. The scenic drive passes over many bridges and small ferry crossings before aeeiving in Stavanger this afternoon for some time at leisure before boarding the overnight ferry to Denmark. Outside Cabin, buffet dinner & breakfast on board\n\n PLEASE USE AN OVERNIGHT BAG FOR THE FERRY CROSSING.\n PLEASE NOTE: CABIN ACCOMMODATION IS TWIN BEDDED (BOTH LOWER BEDS)\n (No double bedded cabins)\n\nDay 8 - Hirtshals - Germany - Disembark this morning at the top of Denmark to drive down and into Germany for the final overnight in the Dortmund area - Mercure Hotel Kamen Unna. BB\nDay 9 - After breakfast, head back to France and Calais for the return crossing to England.\n\nNB Norway and Denmark have their own currencies but with an increasing number of outlets and attractions becoming 'cash free', an international credit card or debit card are recommended as these are widely accepted.
