Itinerary
Prepare for a short break with a big impact as we take you to the vibrant city of Amsterdam; one of Europe's most beautiful cities packed with lively cafés, a network of canals and historic cobbled streets. This urban landscape is combined with a visit to the Keukenhof Gardens, a veritable paradise with an abundance of natural colour and fragrance. The world's largest flower garden sees around seven million bulbs planted in the park every year including over 800 varieties of tulips - it's a sight to behold!

Itinerary
Day 1
Ferry to Calais and on to our hotel in the Netherlands, where we stay on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2 - Keukenhof Gardens
We take a trip to the beautiful Keukenhof Gardens with their incredible floral displays and manicured parkland. Across the 32-acre extent of the world's largest bulb flower park, visitors are treated to a spectacular display of colour with over seven million bulbs blooming in the spring including brightly-hued tulips, hyacinths and daffodils! Later, we stop for dinner en-route back to the hotel (not included).
Day 3 - Amsterdam including canal cruise
Today we visit Amsterdam, the city of canals, bicycles and cafés. Included in our day here is a wonderful canal cruise, one of the best ways to see this unique city. Amsterdam also boasts some famous museums including the Anne Frank House, a thoughtful exhibition of the famous war-diarist's life. There are also plenty of atmospheric lanes and quarters to explore plus the grand Dam Square with its Royal Palace. As well as time to enjoy an early dinner before the coach takes us back to our hotel (not included).
Day 4
Travel back to Calais for our return ferry home.

JG3
Hotels with a JG3 rating tend to be a more formal style of hotel, often part of a hotel chain, or are very-welcoming family-owned properties. Generally, they offer a greater range of facilities and services, and bedrooms tend to be a little more spacious with additional features. Public areas are larger and include lounge seating, bar and restaurant with good quality food served either buffet style or waiter service.

All rooms are en suite and other facilities include a bar and restaurant.Your hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks before departure, therefore we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have a lift and/or ground floor rooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
