Enjoy a festive getaway in Yorkshire, where we discover the wonderful scenery of the Yorkshire Dales with its picturesque landscapes and frosted panoramas. As well as our Christmas celebrations at our hotel, we also spend time in the historic city of York, home to the stunning 13th-century York Minster, visit the town of Grassington and soak up the yuletide atmosphere in the charming village of Skipton.

Itinerary (Coach)
23rd December After joining the coach, we make our way to our hotel and check in.\n\nChristmas Eve - Skipton & GrassingtonWe travel into the heart of Yorkshire, stopping first at the gateway to the Dales, Skipton, a historic town with a grand medieval castle at its centre. We continue on to the charming village of Grassington with its stunning surroundings, bustling cobbled square, beautiful stone buildings and quirky shops.\n\nChristmas DayChristmas Day is a chance to relax at our hotel and, of course, indulge in a festive lunch with all the trimmings followed by Christmas cake, tea and coffee. A light buffet dinner is served in the evening.\n\nBoxing Day - YorkWe visit historic York, where we can wander the narrow cobbled streets with their distinctive overhanging buildings or spend some time in the city's beautiful Norman Minster, which boasts some of the finest stained-glass windows in the world. Alternatively, why not take a stroll around the city walls that have stood since Roman times and wrap around the city for 2.5 miles or visit the famous Betty's tea rooms?\n\n27th DecemberAfter breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head for home.
