Itinerary
Day 1\n\nFrom a morning pickup in your local area, we travel by coach to Durham. This beautiful city's medieval roots are evident in its cathedral and gothic buildings which line the banks of the River Wear. Later, the coach takes us to our hotel where we check in and enjoy an evening meal.\n\n\nDay 2\n\nAfter breakfast, we leave the hotel and travel to Whitby, a seaside town that has undergone little change for over a century. Take a stroll and see the famous ruined abbey or relax on one of its sandy beaches and indulge in fish and chips! We then rejoin the coach for our journey home.

Durham
The heritage city of Durham is a real gem in the North East and a great place to visit all year round.
Overlooked by its World Heritage Castle and spectacular Cathedral, the city is a magnificent place, steeped in history and culture as well as a vibrant shopping destination.

Whitby
Experience a coach break to Whitby, an ancient and beautiful sea port with a history going as far back as the founding of its famous abbey in 657AD, which still dominates the East Cliff headland, with fantastic views overlooking this most popular seaside resort.
Offering something for everyone, there are many attractions that are connected to the town's fascinating past, from the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, where you can learn about the famous explorer's life, to the Dracula Experience, which guides you through the story and its connection to the town.
