Description
Join us for a well-deserved coastal retreat, a brilliant way to see in the New Year. We make our base in Great Yarmouth, seemingly more peaceful without the usual summer holidaymakers (think beach strolls and dramatic winter sunrises) along with excursions to easy-going Norwich, traditional Cromer and fishing-mad Sheringham. It wouldn't be a celebration break without entertainment every evening and a New Year's Eve Gala dinner to mark the occasion - get ready to tuck into a great-value getaway.

Itinerary
30th DecemberAfter joining the coach, we make our way to our hotel and check in.New Year's Eve - Cromer & SheringhamAfter breakfast, we head to the traditional seaside resort of Cromer, which is famed for its Grade II listed pier, pretty fisherman's cottages, independent shops and old-fashioned bakeries. Enjoy a stroll along the expansive beach or hole up somewhere cosy with a cuppa and watch the waves roll in.Next up is Sheringham, once a quiet fisher town, now one of the most-visited spots on the north Norfolk coast. In typical British seaside fashion, there are plenty of amusement arcades, a lovely promenade, complete with a rainbow swirl of beach huts and curious attractions such as a lifeboat museum and even a shell gallery! Later, we enjoy our New Year celebrations at the hotel, including a Gala dinner.New Year's Day - NorwichAfter a New Year's Day brunch, we kick off 2025 with a trip to Norwich. This serene medieval marvel is brimming with architectural treats, and while the Norman Cathedral and castle are the stars of the show, there's also an assortment of Christmas card-ready half-timbered houses that pepper the atmospheric cobbled lanes. What a wonderful place to explore without the crowds!2nd JanuaryAfter breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head for home.
