Under the terms of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, the supply of alcoholic drinks on All Inclusive Packages is limited. Subject to the hotel’s discretion and in the case of drunkenness, patrons shall be permitted a maximum of £20.00 worth of alcoholic drinks per day as part of the package.Day 1
On arrival at the hotel, you will have time to relax in your bedroom and unwind with a glass of bubbly. You can then enjoy a delicious 3-course Table D'Hote Dinner with specially selected wines at your table each evening, followed by light entertainment.

Day 2
Relax and take in the scenery as we enjoy a leisurely drive around the Black Isle, taking in the spectacular scenery of the Moray Firth and the charming nautical town of Cromarty. Contrary to its name, the Black Isle is not an island and far more colourful than is implied! A packed lunch from the hotel is included. Upon our return, you can warm up with mulled wine or mulled cider and enjoy Afternoon Tea with assorted cakes. Dinner this evening is a fabulous 4-course Hogmanay dinner before the celebrations begin... Enjoy a traditional Scottish Hogmanay with Highland dancers, pipers and a fantastic atmosphere to see in the New Year! The free bar will be extended to 12pm this evening plus a complimentary glass of champagne & whisky to welcome in the New Year. For those still awake, there will be homemade stovies, bacon rolls and oatcakes available after the Bells.

Day 3
Happy New Year! This morning you can tuck into a leisurely breakfast with a glass of Bucks Fizz. A Buffet Lunch is included alongside relaxed entertainment, followed by the New Year's Day quiz. Afternoon Tea with assorted cakes will be available for those who still have room, or you may wish to retire to your bedroom for a nap or take a dip in the pool. Dinner this evening will be a 3-course Table D'Hote, and then you can get your party shoes out again as your live entertainment commences.

Day 4
After a Highland breakfast to set you up for the journey home, we board the coach and bid farewell to Inverness and the Palace Hotel.Best Western Inverness Palace Hotel & Spa, Inverness
This hotel is located on the banks of Inverness opposite Inverness Castle. Recently awarded AA 4 Star, the Palace is just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre. It offers a Brassiere Restaurant, Bar and Lounge area, in addition to a newly refurbished Leisure Club with swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and feature a TV, hairdryer, safe, telephone, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. This hotel has a lift which serves some bedrooms.
