Itinerary
Nairn & Elgin
Our day begins with a visit to the attractive seaside town of Nairn, a popular holiday destination since Victorian times. In the afternoon we carry onto Elgin and call at the ruins of the once majestic Elgin Cathedral, rivalling St Andrew's in importance. The town offers many pleasant characteristics, lovely scenery and a number of local distilleries.
The Black Isle
Sit back and take in the scenery as we enjoy a drive around the Black Isle. Contrary to its name, the Black Isle is not an island and far more colourful than is implied! Admire the spectacular scenery of the Moray Firth and the charming nautical town of Cromarty, birthplace of famous geologist Hugh Millar.
