An early start to the festive season with a tour showing you the best of North Wales from your holiday base in Caernarfon. Although the castle is arguably Caernarfon's biggest attraction,it is not the only thing in the town worth visiting. A bustling market town with a busy port, as well as magnificent views over the Menai Strait, the channel that separates Anglesey from mainland Wales.
With a festive programme of entertainment and a warm Welsh welcome, this tour promises to be a great way to begin your Christmas celebrations and discover this wonderful area.

Crusader Holidays uses an interchange system, taking place at either Beaconsfield Services (M40), South Mimms Services (M25/A1M) or Thurrock Services (M25).
Here you may have to change to your holiday coach and we are renowned for ensuring that this is smooth and efficient.
The holiday coaches typically depart from Beaconsfield Services at 11.15, Thurrock Services at around 09.30 and South Mimms Services at 10.30. Some customers find it more convenient to join direct at the interchange, please let is know when booking if this is the case.

Day 1 - Onwards to North Wales with comfort stops on the way. Expect to arrive at the Celtic Royal Hotel late afternoon. A delightful town for those looking for an easier pace. Browse the many shops, enjoy the cafes, or take a gentle stroll to Swallow Falls, admiring the peaceful forest and majestic rapid water. We return back to the hotel in time to freshen up before dinner.Llandudno & Penderyn Distillery TourAll aboard and head northwards around the coast to popular Llandudno, free time for sightseeing. The Llandudno Museumand Gallery is well worth a visit - find a treasure chest of all things local. Discover over 13,000 years of history about the story of Llandudno from prehistoric and Roman times to Llandudno's growth as a seaside resort, or call into the nearby Home Front Experience an immersive little museum that takes you back to World War Two. Those with a sweet tooth are in for a treat at Llandudno's very own Chocolate Experiencewhich is divided into nine different areas each one uncovering a part of the history of chocolate. (Admission not included - approx.. £6)The Penderyn Distillery Tour follows early afternoon. Learn about the founding of Penderyn, the development of theirnew Llandudno Distillery,how their award-winning whisky is made and what makes Penderyn Single Malt Welsh Whisky so unique. See the exhibition area, mill, mash tun and innovative single copper pot still (unique to Penderyn). Plus enjoy a couple of tasters in the Tasting Bar afterwards. Tours are one hour long and entrance included.Day 5 After a memorable week rejoin the coach this morning for the journey back to the local area and onto your home towns mid evening.
