Glorious Devon & Exmoor National Park
Join us for a sightseeing adventure to the heart of the stunning landscapes of Devon and the majestic Exmoor National Park. Discover the enchanting beauty and serene wilderness that this corner of Britain has to offer as we experience the charm of quaint villages and the rugged, unspoilt coastline of North Devon. We visit Dartington Crystal and Appledore, as well as a trio of coastal delights, including Porlock Vale, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. There's also time to explore our wonderful base of historic Bideford, ideally situated for our expedition to the seaside.

Dartington Crystal & Appledore (full day)
Our excursion takes us to the renowned Dartington Crystal factory, where we have the perfect opportunity to watch a Master Engraver create magical works of craftsmanship and learn about the 50-year history of Dartington's products, spanning over 50 years. Afterwards, we spend time in the little fishing village of Appledore, with its winding streets and pretty pastel-coloured houses. Appledore claims to have the best ice cream in Britain, so be sure to try one!
Exmoor National Park (Porlock Vale & Lynton) (full day)
We travel to Exmoor National Park, the highlight of our trip. We start our day by passing through the pretty village of Bolham, en-route to our first stop at Porlock Vale. This charming coastal village, with its thatched cottages and winding streets, offers a wealth of shops, galleries to enjoy.
Next, we continue to Lynton, an idyllic village famous for its dramatic natural beauty and untouched landscape in every direction. Known as England's 'Little Switzerland', this pretty Victorian town offers a charming selection of tea rooms and cafés.
Ilfracombe & Woolacombe (half day)
Today we visit two gems of glorious Devon, starting our day at beautiful Ilfracombe. The well-known seaside resort features a small harbour surrounded by stunning cliffs. Here we can experience the charm at the local independent craft shops or take a walk around the harbour with a cone of chips or an ice cream in hand. Afterwards, we depart for Woolacombe, famous for its award-winning beach and the perfect final stop on this wonderful day exploring the coast.
