On this scenic tour we stay in the fabulous Slaley Hall, this luxurious hotel is set in 1000 acres of countryside and offers extensive leisure facilities. This trip includes visits to the historic city of Durham with its magnificent Cathedral and Castle, Crook Hall Gardens, Barnard Castle, and the Bowes Museum, which is home to stunning art and design collections. To complete what is already a great tour we will visit Beamish, The Living Museum of the North where there's lots to explore and learn about bygone eras. A lovely trip that takes in the stunning scenery and some of the delights this area has to offer.
