Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival
After a morning pickup in your local area we travel to our hotel, arriving in time for dinner.
Day 2 - Dorchester
We make our way to the charming county town of Dorchester. Idyllically located on the banks of the River Frome and framed against the glorious backdrop of the South Downs, this vibrant market town is steeped in history. Keep the festive spirit going and soak up the lovely atmosphere or browse the sales in the wide range of shops here. For those wanting to find out more about the heritage of the area, discover relics of Dorchester's Roman past in the County Museum and Roman Town House or head to the award-winning Dinosaur Museum. There are also plenty of quaint cafés and restaurants dotted around the town too for a well-earned treat.
Day 3 - Swanage & Poole
We start the day with a visit to Swanage, where the Victorian pier is accompanied by colourful beach huts, seaside attractions and a scenic promenade, perfect to blow away the cobwebs. Our next stop is Poole, with its lively quayside, stunning natural harbour and some of the finest beaches in England. It also boasts a historic Old Town, which showcases the splendour of its medieval past.
Day 4 - Return Home
After breakfast we check out of the hotel and head for home.
