Itinerary (Coach)
Day 1From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel to York where we spend some time at the annual St Nicholas Fayre, one of the most popular festive markets in the country. Like stepping into a scene from a Dickens' tale, the bustling Victorian market stalls sell everything, from local produce to traditional gifts and crafts. Treat yourself to a warming glass of festive cheer with roasted chestnuts and listen to carol singers. Leave time to wander York's infamous winding lanes and visit the magnificent Minster. There's time for dinner at leisure (not included) before we head to the hotel for our overnight stay.\n\nDay 2En route home, we travel to Chatsworth House, which has been home to sixteen generations of the powerful Cavendish family. Known for its festive atmosphere and beautiful seasonal decorations, Chatsworth is a wonderful location to get into the Christmas spirit. Later this afternoon we rejoin the coach for our journey home.
