Booking Conditions

To book any of the tours offered please pay
through the website booking form with full payment
on a credit/debit card. Alternatively you can book by
phoning 0845 33 11 080..
Please note a supplements may be charged for extras
such as sea view, upgrades and single rooms.
Once payment is received we can confirm your tour
booking and your pick-up point. If you would like to take
out insurance you need to indicate it on the booking form,
in the section provided, and pay the additional amount.
You are better to be safe than sorry - you should take out
holiday insurance.

1. PAYING THE BALANCE
The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid when first booking your holiday.
Lastminute coach holidays does not operate a deposit scheme.

2. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY -
You, or any member of your party may cancel your holiday at anytime provided that
the cancellation is communicated to us in writing. (email is the preferred option). As
this incurs administrative costs we will apply cancellation charges up to the maximums
as set out

3. STATUTORY AUTHORITIES -
The holidays listed on this website are issued subject to applicable
acts of Parliament and Government regulations and the company reserves the right
to modify itineraries to conform with requests from the competent authorities in the
United Kingdom and any other sovereign states through which tours may run.

4. RIGHT OF REFUSAL -
We must point out that we reserve the unconditional
right refuse a booking or terminate a passenger�s holiday in the event of unreasonable
conduct which, in our opinion, is likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance
to other customers, employees, property or any other third party. This includes any
passenger that fails to advise us of any medical condition or disability. If you are
prevented from traveling as a result of such termination, our responsibility for your
holiday thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges will apply and we will be under no
obligation whatsoever for any refund, compensation or loss you may incur. We do
not guarantee special requests or seat numbers on the coach.

5. YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE
The price of your holiday is guaranteed and will not
be subject to any surcharges except those resulting from Government action,
including additional bonding or licensing requirements and VAT. In all cases we
reserve the right to pass these charges on in full. Unless specifically indicated in the
holiday description, entrance fees, guiding fees, city guides and optional excursions
and are not included in your holiday price. Holiday prices include all coach travel,
hotel accommodation and meals as stated in the holiday description, and VAT at the
current rate where applicable.
Gratuities to the hotel staff and driver or courier are discretionary
